What is Kare Collective?

Kare Collective is an initiative by Kare Counselling. It is a thoughtfully designed collection of mental health inspired products and conversation tools that are created to encourage reflection, emotional connection, and meaningful conversations in everyday life.

Who are these products for?

Everyone! Our products are designed for anyone looking to connect more deeply with themselves or others. They can be used individually, with friends, partners, families, teams, or even within therapeutic and educational spaces.

Can these products be used as a replacement for therapy?

No. Kare Collective products are inspired by psychological concepts, reflective practices, and therapeutic approaches, but they are not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment. They are designed to encourage meaningful conversations, self-awareness, emotional insight, and connection in a fun way.

Do I need to be in therapy to use these products?

Not at all. The products are created to be accessible to everyone, whether or not they are currently in therapy. They can complement personal growth journeys, relationships, reflective practices, or simply meaningful time spent with others.

Are the games culturally inclusive and relatable?

Yes. Kare Collective products are created with South Asian cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in mind, particularly reflecting diverse emotional experiences and relationships that are often underrepresented in mainstream wellness spaces.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or new launches, it may take us just a little longer to get your package on its way.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is on the move, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

At the moment, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged – what should I do?

We're so sorry this happened. Please email us at admin@karecounselling.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately. An unboxing video is also helpful if you have one, but a photo is all we need to get started.
