Healing Hearts, Restoring Lives, Empowering You With Trauma-Informed Care
“At Kare Counselling, every therapist is trained in globally recognised programs from the US or UK; bringing the highest standards of clinical rigour, evidence-based practice, and ethical training into the Indian context.
But what sets us apart is our deep cultural understanding.
Our team doesn’t just import Western therapy models, we translate them with empathy, nuance, and lived knowledge of South Asian family dynamics, relationship pressures, and identity struggles.
We bridge the gap between Western therapeutic excellence and the emotional realities of Indian and global South Asian clients.”
“Therapy serves as our guiding compass on the journey of self-discovery, enabling us to embrace our past, understand our present, and forge a purposeful future.”

During our initial sessions, our primary focus is to establish a strong and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. We understand the importance of trust, empathy, and collaboration in creating a safe environment for you to openly share your concerns, goals, and hopes.
Drawing from insights rooted in psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches, we delve into your past experiences to uncover any unconscious patterns or unresolved trauma that might be influencing your current struggles. Our goal-oriented approach centers on fostering insight and facilitating healing in areas that may be hindering your progress.
As you embark on this transformative therapeutic journey, our aim is to empower you with the tools and strategies needed to enact meaningful changes in your life. By integrating elements from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered therapies, we collaborate to help you achieve your therapeutic objectives and cultivate a more authentic and fulfilling life. Together, we strive for enduring positive transformations and personal growth.

Individual Therapy: Experience personalized care through our tailored 45-minute individual therapy sessions.... Our client-centered approach prioritizes your well-being, helping you explore deep emotions and experiences within a therapeutic environment. Uncover unconscious patterns and past traumas impacting your struggles, promoting insight and self-awareness for lasting healing. Our evidence-based techniques empower resilience, guiding you towards improved mental well-being and positive growth.
Group Therapy: We recognise the role that group therapy plays in building a sense of community and connection. Through our process groups, participants engage in guided discussions that encourage open exploration of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In our skill groups, individuals acquire practical skills and techniques to navigate specific challenges, led by experienced therapists. At Kare Counselling, we believe that by uniting individuals in their journeys, we cultivate a stronger sense of belonging and empowerment, enriching lives through shared experiences and mutual support.

At Kare Counselling, we recognize that healing within families and relationships doesn’t always begin... in the same room and that’s not only okay, it's often necessary. In many South Asian households, emotional expression is layered, generational dynamics are complex, and individuals may not feel safe or ready to open up in front of others, even loved ones.
That’s why we’ve developed a collaborative yet confidential two-therapist model designed to meet people where they are, especially within the context of family or couples therapy.
Instead of requiring everyone to attend joint sessions, we assign each individual their own dedicated therapist. These therapists work closely together behind the scenes, with full respect for ethical boundaries and individual confidentiality, to create a more complete, nuanced understanding of the family or relational system. This allows for individualized support without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Whether it’s:
A couple who prefer to focus on their individual growth before (or instead of) joint sessions,
Siblings or twins navigating deep-rooted conflict but needing separate therapeutic spaces,
Or a child in individual therapy while their parents are in couples counselling.
Our model is flexible, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. It’s especially designed to support South Asian families, where emotional privacy, generational expectations, and personal readiness play a crucial role in how therapy is received.
We don’t believe in forcing difficult conversations before people are ready. Instead, we offer a pathway where every voice is heard, even if it’s not in the same room.

At Kare Counselling, we’re committed to raising mental health awareness through engaging workshops... and informative training sessions. Our events foster meaningful discussions on a variety of mental health topics, enhancing your understanding of mental well-being and trauma-informed care. Designed for diverse audiences, including community groups and educational institutions, our programs cater to specific needs and challenges. By participating in these workshops, you gain valuable tools to navigate life’s complexities and promote mental health within your personal and professional circles.
